Cemtop Screed
Cemtop Screed is used to provide a strong and durable cementitious screed that can be applied to a wide variety of substrates. As a single component product it eliminates site batching and requires only the addition of clean water on site.
It can be applied directly to prepared surfaces, eliminating the need for traditional sand cement screeds.
Cemtop Screed is shrinkage compensated and can be used to correct falls in concrete substrates prior to the application of waterproofing membranes and floor finishes.
Cemtop Screed must be applied at a minimum thickness of 3mm to a maximum thickness of 40mm.
